Remember back in the day when we did not have to worry about the internet being shutdown… Oh how life was so simple back then. Unfortunately now it is not too uncommon to hear about some country shutting off its internet, and the idea has even been entertained by the UK and the US. So I ask why not become our own cellular carrier and ISP? DuskNet is a complete cellular/WiFi darkent in a box, allowing for rapid deployable anonymous communication to counter act the shutdown of networks in other countries. DuskNet is a complete solution from backend servers to comm boxes to end devices. DuskNet - allowing you and others to communicate, even when your government does not want you too.

Drew "RedShift" Porter is Mobile Security Exploit Engineer at Cummings Engineering in Arizona. During the day RedShift plays with cellphones and SATCOMM, as well as being a Jedi master when it comes to avoiding the FCC. RedShift spends the majority of his free time researching cellular devices, the network through which they communicate on; it has even been rumoured that he can build a mean tin foil hat. Like most security professionals, RedShift does his best work after a few beers. If you ever attend one of his talks, he encourages you all to bring a few drinks to enjoy (He certainly will be bringing some).
Ask not what your country can hack for you, but what you can hack for your country - Drew "RedShift" Porter
