For over 50 years Marty Kaiser has designed and built electronic systems used for government surveillance and countersurveillance by the FBI, CIA, DEA, Secret Service, Army, Navy, Air Force Intelligence, etc., as well as for the intelligence agencies of Egypt, Argentina, and Canada, and for many commercial and private entities.
