**Jiang Xueqin (@xueqinjiang)** is a China-based educator and writer. He advises Chinese schools on how to teach creativity, and he writes for a variety of Chinese and global media. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), a judge of the Global Teacher Prize, and a researcher at the Global Education Innovation Initiative at Harvard Graduate School of Education.<br>
