Jennifer is the Head of Research at Neotas, a UK based open source intelligence company. Following her master’s degree in Astrophysics, she joined the Royal Air Force as an Aerospace Battle Manager during which she was responsible for the command and control of air in theatres of operation around the world. Following her service, Jennifer transitioned to roles at the nexus of science, technology, and security policy in Washington DC as the security policy lead at the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Jennifer was additionally the Director for a Department of State international scientific engagement programme which engaged young entrepreneurs and scientists in over 120 emerging economies. Embracing the potential of transformative technology to address societal and security challenges, Jennifer currently leads research and a team of analysts to apply methodologies previously reserved for implementation within a military domain to the financial and commercial industries globally.
