Elizabeth Etherington

Elizabeth Etherington is a civilian Security Engineer for the US Navy and based out of the Pacific Northwest region. Prior to her to current public service position, she was an analyst at the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office - Crime Strategies Unit, and Crime Scene Technician at the Maryland State Police. Her first love is Forensics (digital and real-world) and her bread and butter is information security. She holds BS and MS degrees from the University of Baltimore in Forensic Science and Cyber Crime, and is published with the University of Idaho's Journal for Communications in Computer and Information Science. She is a proud co-founder of TiaraCon and is thrilled at the community response to the con. She is looking forward to all the accomplishments on the horizon for women in information security and all STEM fields.
