Privacy for Safety- How can we help targeted groups with privacy?

<p class="p1">Current changes around net neutrality and encryption back doors have wider repercussions for targeted groups.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>So many of our apps and services offer privacy only if your threat model is outside your inner circle.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>We forget about vulnerable groups or victims of abuse. In this changing landscape, how can we best advise and protect people whose lives could be ruined or endangered by breaches?</p>
