This is a talk about developing a framework for Apprenticeship in your org, using my personal experiences as an SRE 'apprentice' to flesh out the points of the framework I propose. Through some humorous stories and technical advice we'll work out how to create and nurture diverse teams while hiring folks with great potential to join your team and become superheroes. For those who are just getting started, you'll get some perspective into how to be a great apprentice, and what to look for in an org who will develop you.
