Why you should not ask the person who hacked you to lead your incident response. A scenario when your cloud architect has gone rogue and compromised your systems, extorting funds and threatening to destroy your business reputation. This talk has a little bit of technical info, but mainly focuses on the processes, business decisions, and architectural strategies to protect your systems against their strongest adversary - yourself.
