Norbert is a hacker from Cologne with a strong interest in robotics. Norbert has a PhD in Nuclear Physics and works on robotics as a hobby. He is a member of <a href="http://www.dingfabrik.de/">Dingfabrik</a> and <a href="http://koeln.ccc.de/">C4</a>, two hackerspaces in Cologne. Besides robots, past projects include building a Lasersaur laser cutter for Dingfabrik and the <a href="http://pcbwriter.github.io/">PCBWriter</a>, a device to directly expose the photoresist on printed circuit boards using a laser diode.
