**Michal Rysiek Wozniak** is chief information security officer at the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. He is a policy hacker, a founding member of the Warsaw Hackerspace; and a member of the board of Polish Linux Users Group. A digital human rights activist, Michael is a participant in a number of policy consultations and debates on Polish and EU-level topics ranging from Internet censorship through data retention, net neutrality, and copyright reform, to open education resources.<br>
