Melanie Bladow is a management consultant who partners with large enterprise to define technology and business transformation strategy. Her 20 year career has spanned both IT and Business Leadership, including roles in Software Engineering, Database Administration, Business Information Management, Business Planning, and serving as CIO for BP's Global Exploration Division. A highlight of her career was leading the BP crisis management team keeping communications with Libya online during the Arab Spring.
