I have been involved in the "computer industry" since about 2000 -having done phone based technical support for advanced DNS hosting, DSL, as well as technical help-desk support. I was also a technical trainer for roughly 6 years before starting my current position. If I had to list "favorites" I would say networking is my biggest passion; with particular emphasis on doing it securely.
