Amelia is WLAN standards manager at Comcast, doing volunteer activities in the IEEE 802 and professional activities in WFA. Prior to this, she's worked with DNS at CENTR in Brussels, at ARTICLE19 in the intersection of technical standards, human rights and economics and at CIS-India as general Europe expert. She was a member of the European Parliament for the Swedish Pirate Party in the 7th legislature, and once litigated (successfully!) for 2 years against the Swedish national police chief to get access to his web cookies and history. Amelia likes electronic music and mathematics and gardening.
