The road to secure Smart Cars: ENISA approach

The presentation will deal with cyber security of IoT and smart cars. It will present the current threats (with a taxonomy), existing vulnerabilities, risk on health and safety. The final objective of the study will be to enable manufacturers to reach "5 stars" on the framework proposed by IamtheCavalry.

  • Cédric Levy-Bencheton
    Dr. Cédric LÉVY-BENCHETON is an expert in cyber security at ENISA, the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security https://www.enisa.europa.eu. His interests focus on the protection of smart infrastructures and critical systems using the Internet of Things. He promotes security for safety, resilience and multi-stakeholders coordination. He is currently involved in several projects on these topics (Smart Cars, Intelligent Transports, Smart Cities). Previously, Dr. Cédric LÉVY-BENCHETON has designed critical networks for public transports. He was also a researcher in telecommunications. Dr. Cédric LÉVY-BENCHETON has obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University Lyon in 2011.
