This is an updated version of a Shane's talk given at last years con. It has been revised to go over Shane's last two black badge winning attacks at Defcon, including new resources and methods used to make a social engineering attack devastatingly effective.

Shane MacDougall
Shane MacDougall is a principal partner at Tactical Intelligence, a boutique infosec firm specializing in OSINT and social engineering. He is a two-time winner of the Defcon Social Engineering CTF competition, and a consistent top-three finalist in the call portion of the SECTF since its inception. He has lectured at various conferences including Toorcon, BSides Las Vegas, DerbyCon, and BlackHat EU.
