How to Build an Application Security Program

Do you need to start or revamp your application security program? I have spent the majority of my 20-year career helping government agencies, public companies and now a startup build out application security programs. In this discussion, I will talk about what has worked for me, what has not worked and things you should absolutely \*never\* do.
