  • Scott Erven - Associate Director - Protiviti
    Scott Erven: Scott Erven is a healthcare security visionary and thought leader with more than 15 years' experience in information technology and security. He is currently an Associate Director with Protiviti, where he focuses on medical device and healthcare security. His research on medical device security has been featured in Wired and numerous media outlets worldwide. Mr. Erven has presented his research and expertise in the field internationally. He has been involved in numerous IT certification development efforts as a subject matter expert in information security. His current focus is on research that affects human life and public safety issues inside today's healthcare landscape.
  • Adam Brand - Director - Protiviti
    Adam Brand: Adam Brand has more than 17 years' experience in information technology and security. He is a Director with Protiviti, where he helps companies secure their environments and also leads Protiviti's medical device security practice. Related to his talk at BSidesLV, Adam has given over 120 tech interviews in the past few years at Protiviti, and is a key tech interviewer for Protiviti's Western region.
