The Evolution of Video Surveillance: using AI and Machine Learning to Leverage Cameras as a Sensor

The world of video surveillance has remained largely unchanged since shifting from analog to IP based cameras. In this presentation, we will explore how video surveillance has evolved over time, and how new solutions are leveraging cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning to make the jobs of security professionals easier.

Presenters:

• Clint Russell - Cisco Meraki
  Clint has spent the last 13 years working in a variety of different technical sales and product management roles at both big companies like Cisco, and small startups. He currently serves as the Meraki Product Specialist for the Mountain States and Southwest States SLED regions at Cisco. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
