Evolution of the Mac Threat Landscape

Mac threats have changed significantly over the years. (Contrary to popular belief, the earliest widespread virus actually affected Apple machines!) Come take a look at the history of how Mac threats have evolved over time, in particular with regard to techniques used, and what the threat landscape looks like today.

  Thomas Reed has been using Macs since 1984. He is a self-taught security researcher and Director of Mac & Mobile at Malwarebytes. In his spare time, he is an avid photographer.
