ChaosVPN - a network to connect hackers

ChaosVPN is a tinc based fully meshed and encrypted VPN system that connects hackerspaces and other places where hackers or their servers are. A more detailed explanation can be seen on http://wiki.hamburg.ccc.de/ChaosVPN We have 10 years of experience running VPNs now and this is the third incarnaton. I will also give an overview of other solutions out there.
