How to tell cajun doctors they have bad cyber-hygiene and live

Presented at NolaCon 2018, May 18, 2018, 3 p.m. (Unknown duration)

As a patient, I've been to many doctors offices in Louisiana and frankly am worried. It's bad from an InfoSec POV. I want to share my research and experiences on how to approach the topic of cyber hygiene with doctors and dentists and how to improve your chances of them listening and why that is critical for everyone. I will include my failures and lessons learned along the way.

One key to success was expanding my social circles and working on soft skills. So my talk will transition into that and I will challenge people to work on their attitude and cyber servant heart.

Goal is to motivate listeners to be better cyber practitioners, employees, and patients and end result will be better patient medical record security for all of society. In theory ;-)
