As businesses grow, the traditional model of dedicated security professionals. working directly with Developers and Engineers to improve security does not scale. Approaching Security as a Product which employees consume rather than something Security Specialists enforce can build a progressive shared responsibility culture as well as deliver good Security faster. This talk will focus on what Security as a Product means, my own journey with implementing this, as well as some actionable tips you can use within your own company.
