This **workshop** is for **girls and boys** age 7-18.
Programming is not difficult! Here we learn from each other and the coaches how to program by doing it ourselves.
We bring a range of robotics: Makeblock Mbot, Mbot2, Ultimate, Grove, Ozobot, Makey Makey, Microbit with Maqueen.
There is only one rule: **Above all: be cool!**
### About Coderdojo:
Coderdojo organises free programming clubs, called "_Dojos_". At these Dojos girls and boys, the _Ninjas_, learn to program, make websites, apps and develop games.
The dojos are run by volunteers: _Coaches_ to trigger the spark in the Ninjas and _Cooks_ to handle practical stuff like registration, snacks, drinks.
The stars of the show are the Ninjas who meet equal minded participants to collaborate and to show each other what they are working on.
Coderdojo shows that programming is not only for nerds. Our coders build super nice projects and are the ultimate example that technology can be fun.
We have one rule: **"Above all: be cool!"**.
### Practical Information:
This workshop is for girls and boys age 7-18 (experience with Scratch will give you a headstart, others will get a quick Scratch Intro).
If you are younger than 12, you are best accompanied by a parent.
Parents can stick around for the sparkling atmosphere and to help volunteering.

You can bring a laptop. Coaches will help with installing the needed software.
If you cannot bring a laptop, indicate this to the organisation and we will foresee one for you.

Hallo ik ben mama 54j van sssssuper kids Ian 17j (ASS en ADHD) en Anouk19j (idem)(student bio engineer) beide hoogbegaafd met extra's (meer als soms lopen ze tegen een muur op daar de wereld hen niet begrijpt en om gedraaid maar ze vinden hun weg wel) zij zijn de Nerds en geven dan ook onder Coderdojo Belguim workshops op jullie kamp. Mama volgt en brengt hen al enkele jaren naar events; Ze zijn super nieuwgierig naar alles wat met de wetenschap te maken heeft en IT klaar om de onbekende wereld te ontdekken.
Ik zelf ben creatief en denk ook mijn steentje te kunnen bij dragen aan dit event. In het dagelijks leven ben ik sporthal verantwoordelijke. Helaas door ziekte al verschillende jaren thuis (maagkanker) wat dagelijks een strijd is maar we komen er door en gaan voor uit
Met ons drietjes zien we er naar uit om deel te nemen aan jullie kamp.
