I've worked for a MSP for about a year now. Too often, I've seen people get stack envy, wanting the latest in the bag of tricks, the top of the Gartner/Forrester quadrant, the silver bullet that will solve all their problems and wretched be their current security posture.
I'd like to tell a quick story about how the best car in the world is my Toyota Corolla, the most boring, simple car, that gets the job done; it's not about the car itself, it's about what you want out of it.
