Firewalls seem to be everywhere these days, and few are getting more attention that the "new breed" of network firewall appliances. With claims ranging from "plug and play" to "zero maintenance" these new network black boxes seem to be the answer to a network administrator's dreams. However, as usual, all is not as it appears...
