    Gavin Rawson is Head of Product Development for the New Product and Business Development Team at Nominet. His primary focus is Nominet's Enterprise DNS analytics product Active Defence, which analyses billions of DNS queries a day to detect and highlight malicious activities in the UK namespace such as spamming, phishing, malware, virus infections, DDoS, data exfiltration and DGAs. Gavin has a background in AI and over a decade of development experience in Multinationals and Startups in industries such as Telecoms, Travel and Global Supply Chains. Gavin was previously responsible for the running of Nominet's Domain Registration systems.
